My previous project was a document generator. Fast, but isolated. The client (LUMEN Consultoria) needed an Enterprise solution: a complete Operating System for Public Procurement to manage entire City Halls.
High-Performance Architecture
I architected Plataforma Lumen from the ground up, transitioning from a simple tool to a complex Multi-Tenant SaaS. Extreme Optimization: I deployed Laravel Octane with FrankenPHP, a cutting-edge server setup that keeps the application continually booted in memory, drastically reducing load times for heavy computational requests.
Granular AI Generation
Unlike standard monolithic generators that risk high ‘hallucinations’, I engineered a system where the AI (OpenAI + Strict JSON Schemas) generates Dynamic Content Blocks. Each section of the legal document is rendered as an independent, editable chunk. Users can regenerate specific blocks without losing the whole document.
